Vitamins and Minerals--How many times have we heard this phrase growing up? How many times do we tell it to our children? We hear it on the television during commercials for cereals and breakfast foods. There is a time, though, when eating right doesn’t provide you with the very minerals that your body needs to function. Capsules are easily digested, but they also contain substances that aren’t minerals. In order for the minerals to be made into powder and then compacted into a capsule, certain things are added to them. Flow agents are mixed into the mineral powder and although not all of them are harmful for you, you are still ingesting something that is depriving you of the full amount of minerals.

Out of all the different ways to get your fill of important minerals, liquid minerals are the best. There is no fear of a pill getting stuck in your throat. You know that you are getting the optimum amount of minerals for your dollar and it is digested faster. This means that your body is going to use it sooner, replenishing your levels of vital minerals.
Liquid minerals are, by far, the safest, easiest, and inexpensive way to keep you healthy.
